Three Truths We Carry
Coffee of Kings & Popes
Puerto Rican coffee was once so revered it graced the courts of European royalty and the private table of the Vatican. Our single-origin beans trace that same lineage — grown and small-batch roasted in Utuado, the historic heart of Puerto Rico's highland coffee tradition. This is not a commodity. This is a legacy in a bag.

Our beans are cultivated high in the cloud-wrapped mountains of Borikén, where altitude, mist, and volcanic soil converge into something extraordinary. Naturally processed and slow-dried, each harvest yields a smooth, full-bodied cup with deep notes of dark chocolate and a finish that lingers like a memory. No shortcuts. No compromises.

On every bag you'll find two marks: the Sun and the Mountain. To the Taíno — the first people of Borikén — the Sun, Atabei's eye, was the giver of life and harvest. The Mountain was the sacred dwelling of ancestors and spirits. Together, they are not decoration. They are a declaration: we remember where this land comes from, and who has always loved it.
