Issues With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has any quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will quickly review and offer one of the following solutions:
• A replacement order
• A store credit
• A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
We handle these cases personally and fairly no hassle, no runaround.
Taste Satisfaction (We Understand Preferences)
Coffee is personal. If you’re not satisfied with the flavor, reach out to us. While we don’t guarantee refunds for taste preferences, we may still offer store credit or a replacement option as a goodwill gesture.
